Hello Everyone,
Kindergarten has had a busy first week back. We are enjoying the new carpet in the classrooms, especially the special blue carpets in the pit.
This term Kindergarten will be looking at Eric Carle and some of his books. We are also going to attempt some Eric Carle inspired artwork. In Science, we are doing a unit called "Weather in our World". Last week's weather has given us lots to talk about. We will be learning about families in a historical context this term. We would appreciate your assistance with filling out a survey and other sources of information in the weeks to come.
The Sound of Week is 'sh' as in shark. Please bring in something for the sound of the week table.
News Topics
Tell us how you would spend $5 if you were given it as a gift. Remember it is only $5.

Parent Helper Workshop is on this Thursday at 2pm. We are always looking for helpers so if you are keen, book in with the front office. If anyone is free on Mondays, we need an extra person to help with literacy groups.
Also is anyone on the Friday roster able to swap to Thursday?
Parent/Teacher Interviews
This week we will be holding the interviews on Tuesday 21 and Wednesday 22 July. Please bring the portfolio to the interview and any questions you would like to ask us.
There are still some spots left if you haven't logged in yet. We look forward to catching up with you.
Looking forward to great term of learning.
